Feel my body and how to overcome stage fright

Hello, my dear readers!
I'm very happy, that you visit my blog and read my posts!

Today I've read about physiological reactions to stress or fear of public speaking and found out that some of them are similar with my physiological reactions of me and my body.
The first thing, that I noticed is a sensation of cold hands and feet. What leaves you with it? The tiny blood vessels serving your toes, fingers, ears and nose constrict, forcing additional oxygen to major organs and reducing the risk of blood loss.
The next reactions is that breaths become rapid. Our body's need for a steady supply of oxygen requiers rapid, shallow breathing, which cycles the largest volume of air in and out of the lungs.
And the last thing, that familiar with my body's reaction is a dry mouth and nausea. The digestive system shuts down . The resulting sensations are the familiar "lump" or "butterflies" in the stomach.

Also I've read about overcoming stage fright. There were lots of tips and I've chosen some of them for myself.
They are:
 1. Take deep breaths, from the diaphragm. You force yourself to take a deep breath. The oxygen/carbon dioxide balance is restored, and the body interprets the big sigh as an "all clear" signal.
2. Watch what you eat.  Figure out what your digestive system does/doesn't  do under stress, and see that you time your food intake to accomodate it.
There's a list of the most common solutions to various problems:
  • Avoid milk
  • Maintain sugar levels
  • Eat sensibly
  • Avoid a sugar high
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine
3. Eat happy foods. You can trigger a dose of pleasure with the endorphins that are triggered by certain foods (chocolate, cake, crisps, pizza). But be careful with the timing to avoid a sugar high in the digestive system.
4. Dress up.  Usually I dress in something I look good in and feel comfortale.

I hope these advice help me to overcome stage fright!
