I guess that day the teacher didn't really feel well or something happened to her beloved pet.. But she started complaining on me for not hurrying to solve that equation. Honestly, I was so puzzled that I couldn't utter a word. Then that situation made me think why people were so rude sometimes? I think it is ignorance or envy that drives people to say things they'd better not to. And the thesis of my speech is to not say three the most rude words. There are lots f reasons to make you think about what you say: all of you, will be a teacher, which should respect students and their opinion, not only teach, but also be like a mentor.

Main heading 1

Point support 1

Firstly, if you want to criticize your students or someone else, be friendly, mild and share your constructive criticism. Pick the right words. Talk to the student alone. Analyze what kind of person is in front of you and, accordingly to his interests, characteristic behavior, start a conversation. If the student is used to being constantly praised, he does everything correctly, then the criticisms should be soft, careful, but clear and specific.

Secondly, point student to his most attractive, bright and strong points.Give student the opportunity to feel valuable and needed. Pay attention to the qualities that you like, what you appreciate. And then just go to the essence of your comments.

And the last advice I would give to you: try to express your thoughts with encourage. Say so as not to be of the opinion that the mistake was uncorrectable and the man was in a hopeless situation. Note that although there was an error, it is easy to fix it.I did it once and found the right way of communication with students

Summary

I hope my advices will help you to find the right contact with your students and understand them!
"The most important knowledge teachers need to do good work is a knowledge of how students are experiencing learning and perceiving their teacher’s actions." This phrase of  Steven Brookfield like no other suitable for speech completion.
